Wifi datas automatically added to my laptop

Does somebody know why my Laptop has a connection to my wifi network even I never set the Wifi up after reinstalling windows 11?
I completly deleted windows, erased the two SSDs.
After connecting it to my Lan I dicovered that my Laptop is also connected to the wifi as soon as I have no Lan connection and I never entered the Wifi datas after reinstallation.

- Can you confirm, if your device is connected to work or company account? If yes, your IT admin might have some settings applied to your device.

This is an app that saves your Wifi settings too. Do you have such an app?
Deletedthx for your reply but I dont use clouds on my privat computing devices. So its almost impossible but i will check if i can find out if Windows stores some datas from me.
