Wi-Fi adapter not working
Hi!
My WiFi has stopped working after I updated my Windows to Windows 11 25H2 and put a new batter inside my Razer Blade 15 computer.
I get this error on the network adapter Intel(R) WiFi- 6 AX201 160Mz:
"This device cannot start. (Code 10) {Operation Failed} The requested operation was unsuccessful.”
I can’t run Troubleshooter on Windows since I have no internet. I had this same problem a few days ago, and then I fixed it by temporaily by downloading latest Intel drivers for that WiFi adapter from their website and installed it. But today a few days later when I boot up my computer, the problem seems to persistent and I have no working network adapter on it..
My specs on the computer are:
Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2020 model with model number: RZ09-03305N53
Windows 11 Pro 25H2 (installed on 2026-09-16 so latest Windows updates on it)
OS build: 26200.9457
Hoping to get some help on it to resolve this issue.

Since it’s showing Code 10 and the driver reinstall only fixes it temporarily, I’d check the hardware side too. Since the battery was replaced just before this started, make sure the Wi-Fi card and its antenna connections are seated properly. I’d also try completely uninstalling the AX201 driver from Device Manager, rebooting, and then installing the Razer-specific driver rather than only the latest Intel one.
