Why wont Windows update Work.
I have just purchased a Microsoft Surface 7 Laptop Model 2036 Snapdragon(R) X 10-core X1P64100.
It comes with Co-pilot, smart this and that, yet it cannot update windows kb 5044384.
I have tried everything but the message is -
Why in 2024 have Microsoft not sorted out the basic operating system problems.
Yes, the move to snapdragon/QUALCOMM is the best development ever, but its spoiled by basic software problems. This is not smart in any way.
Microsoft, please advise.

Make sure you are connected to the internet. A stable and strong connection is essential for downloading updates. You might want to switch between Wi-Fi networks or use a wired connection if possible.
Is this response a joke ?
Ensure you have enough free space on your device. Go to Settings > System > Storage to see how much space is available. Consider removing unnecessary files or applications to free up space.
