Why Windows 11 24H2 displaying mixed languages
Today I tried to change the language of the system from Portuguese to English, and everything became a mixture of the two languages (even after leaving only the English language installed). I searched for similar cases and ended up finding the report in the link below where several users report the same problem after having updated to the 24h2 build.

I’m experiencing the exact same issue on my Windows 11 system after updating to the 24H2 build. I tried switching my system language from Portuguese to English, and despite removing Portuguese entirely and keeping only English installed, I’m still seeing a frustrating mix of both languages across the interface. It’s reassuring (and a little maddening) to know I’m not alone in this—your description matches my situation perfectly. I also came across that same report you linked, and it’s clear this is a widespread glitch tied to the 24H2 update.
Have you found any workarounds that actually stick, or are we all just waiting for Microsoft to sort this out? - UrieloulIron Contributor
Go to your language settings and make sure English is the first in the language list. After you do this 99% of your system should be in english

Sometimes, after a language switch, the complete language pack may not install correctly, which can cause certain elements of the interface to remain in the previous language.

Same thing happened to me. But one day "Windows 11 24H2 (Repair version)" appears in Windows Update and that fixed it.
