Why is Add-WindowsCapability so slow for RSAT?
We install RSAT for our technicians by using: Get-WindowsCapability -Name RSAT* -Online | Add-WindowsCapability -Online The download/install is incredibly slow, averaging about ~15 minutes...
August 2026, fully updated Windows 11 Enterprise and this is still totally screwed up.
Can Microsoft do anything right?
(Rhetorical question of course they can't and if they could they wouldn't.)
