Why I can't change my folder color anymore?
I changed my folder color by right-clicking and 'show more options', I think it was above 'create shortcut'. This was without 3rd party software, when my laptop had factory settings. Now I can't chan...
I read all the comments here and I agree, one can do this from One Drive, but you are correct too, I used to be able to do it from File Explorer just as you describe...until today 😒 I don't always work within my OneDrive environment (kinda clunky IMO).
Previously, only OneDrive for work or school provided the folder color option in Explorer, but that option is in all versions of OneDrive now. Note that you can only change folder colors for folders that are managed by OneDrive.
