Go to Chrome settings > On startup, select "Open the New Tab page" or remove any suspicious URLs listed under "Open a specific page or set of pages."
Thank you for these specific instructions. I thought I had deleted Yahoo everywhere but it kept intruding as my Browser... by going to the specific set of pages it showed up in the list and I could finally delete it.. THANK YOU.
