Why can't I change my username?
I was trying to change my username folder in my windows 11 but I can't change it because previously I had Google backup and sync installed on my computer. I uninstalled that program and even deleted the folder from my computer. I couldn't change my username even after that. I keep getting this error
"This action can't be completed because the file is open in another program" and
"Your google drive folder contains files you're syncing with Google"
How do I solve this?

The primary reason you're having trouble is that your ability to change your username is determined by whether you use a Microsoft Account or a Local Account. You can change the name for Microsoft account but not for the local account.
