Who should we contact to propose Soninke (snk) as a new Windows 11 display language?

Hello.

My name is Bangal Camara, and I am part of a small group of Soninke speakers interested in making Windows 11 available in the Soninke language (ISO 639 language code: snk).

We have already submitted a suggestion through the Windows Feedback Hub, but it is still marked as "Received."

Our community is willing to contribute to the localization process, including translating Windows interface terminology into Soninke, developing a consistent technical glossary, providing native-speaker linguistic review, and collaborating with Microsoft on a possible Soninke language pack or Language Interface Pack.

We understand that introducing a new Windows display language requires planning and technical evaluation.

Could you please tell us which Microsoft team is responsible for evaluating proposals to add new Windows display languages, and how our community can formally contact that team?

We would be grateful for any guidance or referral to the appropriate department.
