Who decided that a critical battery warning should appear at 7% with no charger nearby?

Who decided that a critical battery warning should pop up at 7% when there's no charger anywhere nearby? Thanks for the heads-up, Windows, but unless you can magically summon a power outlet or squeeze another hour out of thin air, that warning is just a countdown to my doom.

Seriously! 😂 Windows will slow your entire computer to a crawl, eat up half your RAM doing absolutely nothing, and then warn you about 7% battery like that’s somehow going to save the day. What exactly are we supposed to do, admire the notification until the laptop dies? 🤦‍♂️ The memory usage, unnecessary background processes, random slowdowns… what is going on with this OS? And with Microsoft’s near-monopoly, where are the real incentives to fix these basic problems? We need better optimization, not more notifications! 💀
