Which option would be the best for reinstalling Windows 11?
If you want a quick fix while keeping some files, use Reset This PC with the Keep my files option. For a clean start, go with the Windows 11 Installation Media method, as it ensures you’re starting fresh without leftover files or settings.
Local reinstall doesn't require Internet but uses your current version of Windows as a base for the reinstall process. Cloud will download latest fresh version off Microsoft servers to reinstall. If you really want to start 100% fresh, go with the Cloud download.
