Where to find the option to delete app data downloaded from microsoft store?

My laptop no longer recognizes my headphone microphone. The MaxxAudio Pro app itself has no settings to re-enable this dialog. Is there a way to completely reset or wipe the app's data so I can reinstall it and get the dialog back? I'd like to be able to use my headphone microphone again.

    If the microphone still isn't recognized, consider rolling back or reinstalling audio drivers or testing the microphone with another device to confirm hardware isn't faulty.

  • Reset MaxxAudio Pro in the settings, then delete it and try reinstalling it from the website with the audio driver.
