When I press Alt+Tab to switch windows while playing a game, the screen freezes.
When running a full-screen game and pressing Alt+Tab to switch to another window, the screen goes black or freezes for 3–5 seconds before resuming display; it doesn’t switch as smoothly as it does in Windows 10. Enabling “Optimized for windowed games” and “Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling” has not resolved the issue.

Several users have reported that a simple fix was to turn off Game Mode entirely. You can find this in Settings > Gaming > Game Mode and toggle it off.
