What's Wrong With Windows 11, version 24H2

I have tried multiple times to download Windows 11, version 24H2 with no success. The download gets stuck at 0% and just sits there. Anybody have any update on this issue?

    Sometimes, the download gets stuck due to an unstable or slow internet connection. Make sure your connection is solid. You could try restarting your router or switching to a wired connection if possible.
