What to do if Battery draining faster than expected?

My laptop battery has been draining much faster than usual, losing about 50% of its charge in under an hour during normal web browsing and document work, which used to last over four hours. I have already checked the battery health report, which shows no major degradation, and I have adjusted my power settings to the most energy-efficient plan, but the problem persists and I need help identifying the cause.
