What makes windows 11 system files get corrupted ?

From few days my windows 11 refused to load but I was able to use commands like DISM, chkdsk, sfc /scannow and it return to load again. But I wonder what is the most common cause to make windows 11 files get corrupted like this ?.

Causes like Improper Shutdowns or Power Loss , Failing or Faulty Storage Drive, Malware or Virus Infections are not responsible for me so what is the most probably cause for this ?

Since improper shutdowns, power loss, failing storage drives, and malware are not responsible in your case, the most common cause for Windows 11 files getting corrupted could be software conflicts or driver issues.

Certain applications, especially system utilities or low-level programs, can interfere with system files and cause corruption.

    1. Faulty RAM leading to write‐errors
    2. Third-party file‐system filter drivers (AV/backup)
    3. Incomplete or failed Windows Update commits
    4. File‐system virtualization/encryption hooks (e.g. BitLocker)
    5. BIOS/firmware bugs or overclock instability

Is there any way to identify which of these causes is responsible?

If so, what should I do to prevent it?
