What is happening with my laptop

Hello everyone,

my laptop started doing some weird things lately and I wanna ask u if u know what is going on and perhaps help me.

When I turn on my laptop the first thing I see that my time is behind every time I turn on my laptop.

Second thing it that when I restart my laptop it puts me in endless black screen and never turns on again until I turn it off manually and then it wont turn on for another 15 minutes.

Does anyone know what is happening? I even put my laptop into Factory reset and its still doing the same thing.

I would appreciate your help.
