What do you think of the Windows 11 April 2026 Update (KB5083631)?

I'm not sure if it's because the virus wasn't completely removed earlier or if there's another reason, but I've already tried five different antivirus programs and run multiple scans. Currently, File Explorer occasionally freezes when I open it.

Open Settings > Update & Security > Recovery.

Under Advanced startup, click Restart now.

After restart, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.

Press 4 to select Enable Safe Mode.

Run the System File Checker by opening Command Prompt as an administrator and typing sfc /scannow. This will scan and repair any corrupted system files.
