What are this Windows OS cybersecurity functions that do not do these actions ?

The Windows OS i am referring to in the title of this thread is Windows 11 Pro with all updates, latest version and build and the actions i am referring to in the title of this thread are: deleting malicious software, deactivate cracked software, deleting cracked software, or disable communication between the cracked software and the internet or vice-versa
