It seems you're upgrading to Version 24H2, as there were reports of this error being seen before the upgrade.

Sadly this is a known “workaround” that doesn’t work in some cases. When I try to mount the EFI I get the all too common “The parameter is incorrect” in spite of all parameters being correct “mountvol y: /s”
I have the same problem...any solution was discovered...I have tried suggested solution and it is not working
