Volume Mixer bug on Windows 11 -.-

Volume Mixer set on System Sounds to any volume suddenly jumps to 100 whenever a notification pops up on Windows 11 25H2 & sometimes changes randomly the Output Device（︶^︶）

This is a Windows 11 bug & the proof is that it happens on my PC,on my laptop & on the virtual machines I have running Windows 11 (╬▔皿▔)╯

    Go to Settings > System > Sound.

    Scroll down and click on Advanced sound options or App volume and device preferences.

    Turn off or mute system sounds if possible, or disable notifications temporarily to see if the issue persists.
