Virtual keyboard not popping up at Win lock screen

Hi, I have a touchscreen computer and when I press on the PIN field, the keyboard doesn't pop up like before.  I researched the cause and the solution(s) but I didn't find anything. Any suggestion...

    Thanks. It came back on its own🙄 And I also finally get spotlight images as my screensaver. 

    So a twofer😆

Go to Settings > Devices > Typing. Ensure that "Show the touch keyboard when not in focus" is enabled.
