VIEW RAW MESSAGE Not Working in Windows 11

Re: My new computer purchased directly from HP with Windows 11 Home preinstalled. The issue described below never happened in all other laptops with Windows 10 or earlier versions and it has to do with trying to open the "View raw message" (Header) in an email. In cases where it is obvious that a suspected spam email sender is using a legitimate company name, such company at times requests a copy of the Raw Message--which I comply with.

In this Windows 11 laptop, upon clicking on the usual three upper dots in several emails tested, the drop-down menu appears including "View raw message." In my first try, I was surprised when nothing happened by just clicking on it once. When I double-clicked, it opened the website in question, something it should not do.

I tried again, this time right-clicking on "View raw message" and the following appeared *View Selection Source  *Inspect Accessible Properties  *Inspect. I have seen those before in other situations but find no use for them since I am not technically-oriented and do not know how to interpret the results which are different from the valuable Raw Message data. To further check it out, I clicked on View Selection source on the random email I just tested and it opened as : "DOCTYPE html><html id - Atom lang= , etc."

I have posted the "how to solve..." questions in many different ways and in different browsers but I get non-related replies. And it happens with Gmail and Yahoo emails. I hope this is not one of the permanent changes made in Windows 11 so that I can find a way to fix it. Any (simple) suggestions will be appreciated.
