Video randomly begins to stutter and all audio is lost until Windows is restarted ?

So recently built a new PC with Windows 11. Since then, I've been having this weird issue where I'll be watching any video (plex, netflix, even local videos) and the video will start lagging and I'll lose all audio from all sources. Only a restart will fix it. This happened since the fresh install of windows. Did not do this on my previous PC with windows 11.

So far all I've tried is reinstalling the audio drivers and software but the fact that it's affecting video as well tells me it's something else.
