Video from Win11 laptop to Roku TV

I normally watch some forms of media (on a browser, usually Chrome) through my laptop attached to my TV via an HDMI cable. This worked fine before, but after the windows 11 update, attaching the cable causes the PC and the resultant output to the TV to be 'phone sized' and take up about 1/3 of the screen

- nothing in graphics settings that I can find appears to fix this.

I can cast without a cable to the TV at full size, but it's not optimal this way. Any reason this is now happening? Anyone know of a fix?

When the cable is attached, I have two displays in display properties - roku TV and internal. Both are now micro sized until I detach the cable, at which time my internal laptop screen goes back to full.

Did this problem start when you upgrade to Windows 11?
Have you check settings in the Display option?
