Using the sleep shortcut triggers a restart.

I have developed a quick shutdown script using the command "rundll32.exe powrprof.dll,SetSuspendState 0,1,0," but upon running it, instead of putting the system to sleep, it triggers a reboot. Does anyone have suggestions on how to rectify this issue?
