User Folders missing
User Profile folder is missing and when I click on C:\ Users, I have only one User Profile i.e. C:\Users\GubbiGrishma, refer screenshot 2. I don't see that unless I type in above in address bar, any reason or any course of action to reset it, by the way I don't see Pictures folder at all.

There seems to be something wrong with your Users Folder.
Can you please explain the additional folders inside the Users Folder?
There should not be .android, Documents, Downloads, Pictures, Public Or Videos Folders for the "Users" directory. Those folders would be inside of a Users folder which would be in that directory.
I would suggest rebuilding your index.
This is mine as an example of a bare bottom one, with the Administrator Account being disabled(Which is default)
Solution:
I would deffinately try to use the Local Users and Groups tool to look into this issue, perhaps it will be as simple as unchecking the "Disabled" Box under the account options.
If you own a version of Windows that does not natively have the Local Users and Groups tool, i would suggest looking into downloading it.
The name of the tool is "lusrmgr." - EstherMomBronze Contributor
By default, some folders might be hidden. To check if the folders are hidden:
- Open File Explorer and go to the C:\Users directory.
- Click on the View tab in the menu bar.
- Check the box for Hidden items. This will display any hidden folders or files

Is GubbiGrishma the user name?

i think this is the user name. When an account is created, there must be an user folder on C drive by default.

Please be aware that this is untrue. The users folder in C:\Users will only appear once that user has Logged into that account.
