USB-C monitor connection fails intermittently on Windows 11

My USB-C monitor keeps disconnecting and reconnecting randomly on Windows 11, even though the cable and ports seem physically secure. The display will work fine for a while, then suddenly go black for a few seconds before coming back, and this happens repeatedly throughout the day.
