Update to Windows 11 from Windows 10 pending at 65% with Windows 11 installation assistant

Dear all

I used Windows 11 installation assistant to update Windows 10 to Windows 11, my computer match all requirement from MS, i checked with PC health check. But in process, it pending update at 65% and reset computer, after that, my computer is still be in windows 10. please help me to handle this issue, thank

    do you mean, it not upgraded to windows 11 and restored previous windows 10, right?
    so you can clear software distribution folder and try again to update
