Update KB5014697 need help ..
Receive this update try to download after 5 percent stop downloading .. But it show use bandwidth. waiting 1 hr but percentage not move. So I shat down pc. next day when I start pc .. My pc not start any more after boot logo pc restart continuously . so I close pc. Today I start pc without any problem pc start. But I don't know If I close pc if again same thing happens . Plz help me . I add some log ..
One more thing when click troubleshooting update instantly I receive this massage from my antivirus Heur.BZC.ZFV.Boxter.818.34AE3292

- What Anti-Virus program are you using?
Have you tried updating it?
Just for test try disable your Anti-Virus software and then update your Windows.
