Update Go back disabled

In around October 2025 I clicked pause Windows updates for 5 weeks, went into regedit and added Noautoupdate, in services.msc disables windows updates, added update websites in the firewall and haven't used this laptop since. Today I opened it and hooked everything up for my astrophotography to test it before driving and everything connected and worked, when I went to shut it down, there were only options to shut it down with an update install, I googled and shut it down through cmd but still it went through updates and only then shut down. So I started it again to test if everything still worked and this time after the update my gear could not connect anymore. I tried to roll back to the previous version, but even though only 15-20 minutes had passed since the update, not 10 days, the Go back option is already disabled. How do I disable Windows updates for good and revert it back to the version that worked for me? Of course best would be to use Linux or something else, but this is a Lenovo laptop and requires some admin passwords which I have no idea where to find. Thanks for your attention!
