Unusual Problems with Random Freezing and Unresponsive Programs/System

My computer, which is approximately 2 years old, has recently been experiencing a persistent issue that started about 6 months into its use.

The problem typically arises when I am playing standard PC games, although it has occurred once while playing a full screen game in a window. Surprisingly, when playing emulator games like Bluestacks or LD Player individually, the issue does not seem to manifest. However, when running a combination of a normal PC game alongside emulator games, the problem occurs intermittently.

The frequency of these occurrences varies; on average, it happens once every few weeks to once a month. There are two main outcomes when the issue arises:

1. The game being played crashes, and any attempts to reload it result in an instant crash without loading. In some cases, Task Manager either fails to open at all or opens with missing information in the list.

2. Browsers freeze, and when attempting to open a new tab, the tab description is replaced by a solid line resembling this: ============.

In addition, if I try to launch any new program, it fails to load and instantly crashes. Oddly, there are no accompanying error messages, PC lag, or any obvious indicators of an impending issue.

When running a PC game with one or more emulators open, such as Bluestacks or LD Player, the emulators continue to function normally until I close them. Subsequently, attempts to relaunch the emulators also fail.

If I try to shut down the computer during one of these events, the system hangs with a spinning "Busy" cursor, necessitating a physical reboot via the power button.

This problem occurs unpredictably, with instances of being issue-free for 1-2 months followed by occurrences happening twice in a day. Following the last incident, which was repeated twice in a day, there was a stretch of almost 3 months without any recurrence.

Despite running a full system file scan last year that detected and repaired some corrupted data, the problem persists. There are no unusual findings in Device Manager, and my GPU drivers are up-to-date.

I am uncertain about how to diagnose and resolve this vexing issue, as its random nature makes it challenging to pinpoint the root cause. Each time it occurs, I am forced to reboot the system to restore functionality and responsiveness.
