Ah, that's a brutal situation. I've been there with an old laptop after a big update—it's a total headache.
Since you can't boot at all, your best bet is to create a Windows 11/10 USB installer on another PC, boot from it, and do a clean install or try a repair. You might need to bypass the CPU check during setup—there are guides online for that.
Once you’re back up, opt out of insider builds on unsupported hardware to avoid this happening again. Hope you get it sorted!
