You'll need to do an in-place upgrade or clean install using a bootable USB drive.
Since you can't boot, create a Windows 11 USB installer on another computer, boot from it on your LG laptop, and choose "Upgrade" to reinstall Windows while keeping your files. This should replace the problematic update files and get you back in.
If that fails, you might need to back up your data from the USB environment and do a clean install.
