Unknown devices showing up in the file explorer

When I access the root folder of file explorer, there is an unknown device named Tesla_Model_3 listed there. I don't have a Tesla Model 3? What could be the problem?

It is a network device nearby. You can ignore it and turn off network searching in Windows 11.

That is someone nearby most likely. That probably needs to lock down a few things...

It’s possible that the "Tesla_Model_3" device showing up in your File Explorer is either a misidentified device or a connected external device with a similar name. It could also be related to a misconfigured USB device or network share. To fix it, try:

    1. Unplugging any USB devices to see if the name disappears.
    2. Check for network drives or connected devices with unusual names.
    3. Scan for malware or unusual software that might cause this.
    4. Rebooting to see if it’s just a glitch.

If it persists, you may need to check your device manager for any unknown hardware or reset your File Explorer settings.
