Ungroup taskbar after new update

Hello, how can I permanently disable the grouping of taskbar icons after this most recent update? Before I had “Never group taskbar icons” enabled, but the option is gone. How do I get it back? 

This update also made my computer not recognize any mics, speakers, or video cameras, which is horrible for work, but just for sanity if we can start with getting the taskbar ungrouped it would be great. I also HATE the icons in the center, but at least we still have the option to change that.
