Uncommon factory defects in embedded touchscreen controllers
My Windows 11 PC has a recurring issue with the embedded touchscreen controller, which appears to have an uncommon factory defect. The touchscreen intermittently becomes unresponsive or displays inaccurate input, despite multiple driver updates and system resets. This defect seems to be hardware-related and persists across different software troubleshooting steps, making it difficult to use the touchscreen reliably. I am seeking advice on how to diagnose whether this is a hardware defect and what possible solutions or repairs are available.
