Unable to turn on Windows Sandbox feature on Windows 11 Pro

I just got a new machine with Windows 11 Pro, and not able to turn on the Windows Sandbox feature. When I do, the machine goes in hung state after reboot.

    Make sure virtualization (Intel VT-x or AMD-V) is enabled in your BIOS/UEFI. If it’s off, Windows Sandbox won’t work and your machine might hang.

    First, turn on virtualization (usually called VT-x or AMD-V) in your computer's BIOS setup, and then check Windows Sandbox in Windows' feature settings.
