Unable to Scroll by Clicking Scroll Arrows in Windows 11
A friend is having trouble scrolling by clicking on these small arrows: While the touchpad scrolling is functioning properly, clicking on these arrows does not move the page. Can you suggest which ...
Check if the scrollbar arrows are enabled and functioning:
Settings > Personalization > Colors > Show accent color on scrollbars (if applicable)
Or, in Settings > Ease of Access > Display, ensure options related to visual elements aren’t disabling scrollbar features.
