Unable to Map Network drive to my Desktop

Hi,   I have spent over a year with this problem that has persisted through upgrading to Windows 11. I have a NAS (My Cloud Home) that I have been using to back up files which 'requires' a desktop...

Did you ever get a solution? I'm having a similar issue. I can't get the mapped network drive to show on another computer on the same LAN.

    I have a question that I haven't checked. My desktop runs Windows 11 Pro where as all my other devices run Windows Home. Which windows version is your computer that won't connect?

     

    Otherwise, I can only think it Hardware problems. My desktop is 9900k, MSI Z390.
