Unable to install Windows 11 22H2 update
Tried to install three times.
This message from Windows Update.
Error code is 0x800701b1
Has anyone got any ideas?

I tried both the beta and release preview channels for the 22H2 update. No luck in both cases.

In my case it seems the issue is because I have dual boot system, and the EPS partition which was about 100 MB was not sufficient for both Windows, Linux and Firmware update, so I have increased to 1000 MB.

My Windows 11 thinks it update on 2023-03-12! and don't get any update. its in update history. - Try it once. download it externally as iso file and install it.

- That is interesting. I am running Windows 11 Pro on a Dell Inspiron 5770. I wonder if it may be an issue with certain Dell computers.
