Unable to download Windows Updates
I've had this problem for a while now:
For the past few weeks I've searched a variety of forums/videos and have tried the following:
1. Running (DISM Cleanup). This method just gets stuck at 60% every time (as shown in the image below)
2. Starting the Windows Update service from *services.msc*. The service wasn't already started, and after following a few videos, I was left with an error I couldn't find anything about:
(I was unable to locate the 'Services Microsoft Management Console' in services.msc)
I also read about Stopping and Starting a few other services (eg. Background Intelligent Transfer Service )but got this error:

- Hey, thanks for the solution, but I managed to fix the problem by manually downloading updates from the Microsoft Update Catalog (https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Home.aspx).
- You're not able to update and restart your device?
