Unable to download apps from the Windows 11 Store

After opening the App Store and tapping to download or update an app, the progress bar gets stuck at “Downloading” 0% and doesn't move. Even after waiting for several hours, there's no change. I've tried clearing the App Store cache and resetting the network, but the problem persists.

    Try to re-register Store app using following command in admin Windows PowerShell:

    Get-AppXPackage WindowsStore -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
