Unable to disable/change gamebar hotkeys

For a week now, whenever I press F1, F2, F3 and F4, game bar pops up and does unintentional things. I can't press ALT+F4 anymore because it is recording my screen. I can't use any kind of shortcuts that I have made for other softwares. I have no clue on what to do. I was fine with using gamebar by pressing Windows + G but I didn't ask for such useless and annoying feature where I can't even disable this or change hotkeys. I DID disable all the screen recording options and anything related to gamebar but it STILL records my screen even though it remains DISABLED in the SETTINGS.

    1. Press Win + G to open Game Bar
    2. Click the ⚙️ Settings (gear icon)
    3. Go to the Shortcuts tab
    4. Click on the shortcut field you want to change, press your new key combination
    5. Click Save
