Unable to connect Windows 11 in Safe Mode

I have Windows 11 Version 24H2 (OS Build 26100.2033) in my computer. Using msconfig, I restarted computer in Safe Mode in Networking.
However, I don’t see option so that I can connect it with WiFi.

Please let me the way so that I can connect with WiFi in Safe with Networking.

    First, force your computer to enter safe mode:

    When restarting, hold down the Shift key and select Troubleshoot → Advanced options → Startup Settings → Restart → Press F4/F5 to see your computer's prompts.

    You can also choose to run as an administrator CMD:

    bcdedit /set {default} safeboot minimal
shutdown /r /t 0
