UAC crash when submitting

It looks like some software is conflicting and contributing to this issue.
I recommend you to perform clean boot:

Eliminate the conflicting software using clean boot and this can help you to resolve the issue.

So the problem must indeed be caused by a service. What is extremely strange is that I disabled all non-Microsoft services, and the problem disappeared. BUT, when I reactivated the various services, the problem did not return...
So it is impossible to determine which service is causing the problem with this method.
