trying to fix windows 11 dism

cmd prompt as admin goes to system32 but the dism file is not there but in syswow64 can someone explain why please

    This is the command to run in Windows 11 to clean up WinSxS folder

    dism online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup /resetbase

    Administrators running DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth with sfc /scannow will be able to repair the system image.
