Transfer from old to new windows 11 PC

Hi there, I’m upgrading my Windows 10 PC to another W10 PC and wanted to know if there was a free solution to transferring all the apps, data, etc. and that would include a decent amount of storage during the transfer. Like that I could transfer a few gigs or just all of the ‘stuff’ at no cost, many thanks.

      What an incompleted reponse!  what are built-in backup and restore feature?  I am trying those on bothe PC and it says that you have to enter the name of the old pc on the windows backup on the new PC, but it doesn't possible to enter the name!
