This PC doesn’t currently meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11 When it does

Pc information 

Processor AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor 3.60 GHz-This processor is supported for Win 11,Processor 1 GHZ or faster 2 or more cores 

Installed RAM 16.0 GB -Windows  11 states 4 gigabytes GB

Storage 932 GB SSD MSI M390 1TB -Windows  11 states 64 GB or larger storage device.

Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB - Compatible for Win 11  and driver updated for Win 11

System Type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor - Compatible for Win 11

Originally The error was  it needed TPM 2.0 enabled.

Steps taken 

Enabled TPM2.0 in Bios along with UEFI, Secure Boot

Ran PC Health update - Says Pc meets all requirements 

Verified UEFI boot

Updated Drivers

Ran Windows Update Troubleshooter

Reset the Microsoft Store cache: 

Clear the Windows Update Cache: 

Went into Services.msc restarted Windows update

Delete all files and folders inside this directory.

Restarted Windows update in Services.msc 

Check Windows Update Services: Repairing System Files 

Run SFC /scannow to scan for and fix corrupted or missing system files.

Run DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth to check your cached system files for corruption and restore health.

Run SFC  /scannow again after the DISM command.

Waited till Update Tuesday then checked and getting same error. What am I missing?
