This is an old computer running Windows 11
Are these scores normal for a i9-12900ks? I’ve just bought a second hand PC with no GPU.

From my understanding i9-12900KS is better than the 5800X in terms of single core and multi-core performance however you're utilising your integrated Graphics intel 770 to run your display, I think this is using some of that computing power. otherwise looks like good performance.
Since your PC has no GPU, if you're referring to CPU-centric benchmarks (like CPU-Z or similar), those scores should still be within the high range for this processor.
